One great thing about having the clientele that we have is we are constantly being pushed to do something new and innovative. And all that knowledge we gain from R&D really makes our less innovative prints just that much better.

For screens we use Newman M3 Roller Frames. Roller Frames allow us to keep the tension on our mesh at a optimal level. For mesh we use Murakami smartmesh, considered by many to be the best you can get. We stretch our screens on a Newman Roller Master. This ensures the screens are flat and it allows for maximum efficiency when retensioning screens. Our screens are exposed on a powerful NuArc Exposure Unit, which tracks exposures via a light intergrator and Light Units instead of estimating exposure lengths in seconds. This allows us to produce the ultra-fine line half-tone dots we are known for. After screens are prepped and coated, they go into the Tri-Loc rapid registration system which dramatically speeds up setup times. All of these tools allow us to keep costs low and quality high.
