When it comes to the muscle in the shop we rely on Progressive automatic press. Our servo-driven auto is capable of running up to 1200 shirts per hour and the image repeatability of an automatic allows us to print very large runs at a very fast pace while ensuring that the first shirt looks exactly like the last. This is very important when running process and simulated process designs. By being able to rely on repeatable pneumatic pressures, digital controls, and our handy pantone mixing book we can match reorders exactly to the original run. This is something that just can't be done on manual textile presses. DSP use only top-tier inks and additives. Shirts are dried via Forced-Air Gas Dryer to ensure a proper cure on water-based, discharge, and plastisol inks.
